So I've been thinking a lot here and have been torn between how important it is to be here and how much I miss my friends and real college in Champaign.
Then, I hear about Norman Fucking Finkelstein rearing his ugly fucking head on MY CAMPUS?!?!?!
What the fuck is happening back home?! I wish I could be in Champaign for like a week to crack skulls and then come back.

ReplyDeleteYou're not the only one who feels conflicted between the responsibility of settling in the land and that of advocating for it abroad. Both are important, but often those who have been doing one their who life cannot let go of it to do the other... you feel that if you're in Israel, there's no one left in Champaign to take on Norm. No worries, I'm sure they got it.
